• 80 Grit (Coarse): Used strictly for shaping artificial acrylic extensions, debulking hard overlay gels, and thinning overlays before a soak-off.
Never use 80-grit directly on the natural nail plate, as it can easily shave off layers of keratin and cause permanent damage.

• 180 Grit (Medium-Fine): Used for refining the edges and surface contouring of artificial nail extensions, prepping natural nails before product application, or managing very thick natural nails.
